Emma Morley talks ATVLand, MACE and Peak Practice with Andy Potter on BBC Radio Derby

After initially getting lost trying to find the car park, I visited BBC Radio Derby today to chat to Andy Potter about out DVD release From ATVLand in Colour, why it is important that we preserve the moving images of the Midlands now and in the future, and remembered with Andy my early career as Producer’s Assistant on the Carlton Television medical drama Peak Practice – a series that was filmed in Derbyshire and latterly, Longnor in Staffordshire.

Andy asked me to choose three songs: the first record I was ever bought, the last song I downloaded and a song I could play again and again and never tire of. Tune into Andy’s show on BBC Radio Derby (local: 104.5FM / 95.3FM / 96FM) on Monday 7th November from 1-4pm to find out the songs I chose (there’s a clue in the picture above) and hear more about MACE and the DVD.

BBC Hereford & Worcester

I’ll also be interviewed by Elliott Webb tomorrow morning at 8:10am (bright and early!) on BBC Hereford & Worcester.  If you’re local to the area, tune into 104FM or 94.7FM to hear me chat about the From ATVLand in Colour and TV history in general.

BBC Radio Leicester

Next Saturday 12 November I’ll also be having a chat to Tony Wadsworth. No doubt Worm Sprogging will enter the conversation. CLICK HERE if you’re intrigued…

All in all, I’m quite busy chatting on the Radio about MACE and From ATVLand in Colour, which has far exceeded our expections, with eight 5 Star reviews on Amazon and 350 copies being sold in the first 3 weeks!
